2024 UTME: JAMB TO RESCHEDULE CANDIDATES WITH PORTAL DEFECT

JAMB Alert for UTME Candidates 2024:

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, known as JAMB, has urged candidates preparing for the upcoming 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) to be wary of sharing their information with scammers. During the monitoring session at the JAMB Professional Center in Bwari, the Board Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, emphasized the importance of the current examination. He emphasized the successful implementation of new technological advancements after seven years of effort. Oloyede commended parents for their cooperation and highlighted the persistent challenges posed by some parents in past examinations. Candidates encountering technical issues during the test are assured of a rescheduled examination. Despite one reported incident at a single center, overall, the examinations have proceeded smoothly. Oloyede acknowledged potential challenges, foreseeing approximately 10 percent of centers experiencing issues by the end of the day in various parts of the nation.
